(a) Applicants with the minimum scores of 50% either in UG/PG in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce from a well-known university/institution.

(c) He/She have to choose a subject (within-subject category) which they studied at the time of their degree level. The subject which they choose should be 200 marks and they must have scored 50%.

Registration

Start the process by proceeding toward the JCECEB’s portal jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.
On the main page of the portal, tick on the ‘Click Here for B.Ed Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2025’ link.
After clicking on that link, you will be connected to JCECE’s B.Ed registration form.
Now start entering the pointers asked inside the registration form.
End the registration process, by ticking on the ‘Submit’ box.

Login

After receiving the login credentials, enter your respective credentials inside the ‘Login‘ page.

In the first section, enter the ‘Basic Information’ that includes the Gender, Category, Parents/Guardian’s Name etc.

In the third section, fill your ‘Educational Qualifications’ such as university name, course, passing year, passing percentage, and many more.
Inside the fourth section, upload ‘Photograph & Documents’ upload the scanned file in the pdf format that includes: passport size photograph, thumb-impression of your left hand, class 10th mark sheet and certificate, UG & PG mark sheet, NCC ‘C’/NSS certificate (if any), domicile certificate (if a permanent resident of the state) & category certificate.
The documents must be uploaded in the announced format. In case, the applicant forgets to upload any document then they won’t be able to proceed to the next section.
Once you are done completing the above steps, take a ‘Preview of the application form’ and if there is an option of ‘Edit Application Form’ press it and start editing the wrong information.
On the ‘Fee Payment’, select your category and then choose the gateway via which you want to do the payment (Internet Banking, UPI BHIM, Debit Card/Card).
The application fee submitted will be non-refundable which means that once the fee will be paid then it will not be transferred back to the applicant’s bank account.
The application form will not be accepted until the submission of the application fee.
Finish the process by either downloading the application or taking out its hardcopy by clicking on the ‘Download and Printout Application Form’.

Jharkhand B.Ed Selection Procedure

A few days after reviewing the successfully submitted application, the Board will announce the examination schedule. Applicants whose application has been approved will be given permission to attend the ‘Written Exam’. After the exam will be taken, the results will be announced that will be including the names of the candidates who passed the exam.

Successful candidates must participate in the ‘Counselling round’ in which the students will be given the privilege of choosing the university in which they want to earn a bachelor’s degree.
